Terms of Service

LAST UPDATED: JANUARY 1, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of kodori.studio (the "Site"), operated by Kodori, a mobile app development studio based in Krakow, Poland. By browsing this Site or submitting a request through it, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

1. About Kodori

Kodori designs and builds native iOS and Android applications for B2C businesses. This Site is informational: it describes our work, our process, and how to get in touch. It does not itself sell products or process payments.

2. Use of This Website

You may browse and use this Site for lawful purposes related to evaluating or engaging our services. You agree not to:

Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its servers, or any connected systems
Scrape, copy, or republish substantial portions of the Site without permission
Use the Site to transmit malware, spam, or unlawful content
Submit false or misleading information through our contact or strategy call forms

3. Intellectual Property

The Kodori name, logo, and the content on this Site — including text, graphics, case studies, and design — are owned by Kodori or used with permission, and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute this content without our prior written consent, except for normal browsing and sharing via standard links.

4. Case Studies & Results

Case studies, timelines, and figures shown on this Site describe specific past client engagements and general industry benchmarks. They illustrate what's achievable under particular circumstances and are not a guarantee of results for any future project. Actual outcomes depend on your business, market, and scope of work, and are addressed in your individual service agreement.

5. Client Engagements

These Terms cover use of this website only. Actual mobile app development engagements — including scope, pricing, timelines, deliverables, and intellectual property assignment for the finished app — are governed by a separate, signed service agreement between Kodori and the client. Nothing on this Site constitutes a binding offer to perform paid work.

6. Third-Party Links

This Site may link to third-party websites, including client sites and app store listings, for reference. We don't control and aren't responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those external sites.

7. Disclaimer

This Site and its content are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose. We work to keep information current but make no guarantee that everything on the Site is error-free or up to date at all times.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kodori is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this Site. This limitation does not apply to obligations arising from a separately signed service agreement, which is governed by its own terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Krakow, Poland.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect as soon as they're posted, and the "Last updated" date above will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
